Who is in your life? – Jem™ for the Day from the Original Journaling Jems™ – Make two lists. First, list all the people in your life who make you feel bad, who make you feel drained. Then, list all the people in your life who you feel great around, who support you, who energize you. Plan to spend more time with people on the second list.
Sometimes you need to “fire your friends”. If they are not supportive of you and your dreams, at the very least, spend less time with them.
