This exercise can be used for any situation.  From defining where you are in your business, career, finances or even relationships.  By writing it down, you have the opportunity to get clear.  Be honest and explore what is real for you at this moment.

Then you can have a clear picture of where to start, decide what needs to change and plan for action.

Change is inevitable, so why not create the changes you desire rather than just letting change happen to you.
