Vent – Journaling Jem™ for the Day from the Original Journaling Jems™

Sometimes you just need to vent or rant!!!  And quite frankly sometimes your friends and family don’t want to hear about it.  So go for it, in your journal or on a separate piece of paper.  How dare they?!  Who do they think they are?!  Get it all out.  Then you may want to tear it up or burn it.

This is similar to wallowing, but with a different set of emotions.  This is a great way to get out your anger or frustrations in a healthy and productive way. These are sometimes called Rage Pages.   If you find yourself doing this over and over again on the same topic it could be a hint that something – inside you or outside you – needs to change.
