Seasons Change

ncZ1nK6

Welcome to Autumn or if you prefer, Fall. Today is the first day of a new season. And changing seasons are a good time to think about the changes you would like to make.

We have just over three months until the end of 2014. Don’t wait to make New Year Resolutions. Start today.

“Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it.

Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it.

Begin it now.”

~ Goethe

Think about all areas of your life and environment. Perhaps it is time to shed clutter or pounds. Changing your habits in small ways can have a positive domino effect on all areas of your life. What if you got up a bit earlier and did some exercise or started on ideas for that book you have always wanted to write.

Don’t get overwhelmed by all the things you want to change. Start small. Maybe the first step is just making a list or mind map of what you might like to change. Then pick just one and take a small action today. Get the momentum started.

“Change before you have to.”

~ Jack Welch
