OK, I wouldn’t say it’s an obsession, but getting close. I just added the Outdoor Challenge game. It comes with a mat that you stand on and move around on. It can tell when you are running in place, shifting left and right and jumping.
I wanted to see how much of a cardio workout it would give me, so I put on my heart rate monitor. I needn’t have bothered since I was breathing so hard and sweating so much, it was pretty obvious that I was getting a workout!! And yes, my heart rate monitor confirmed it.
It’s surprisingly challenging and I love it because I can fit a workout in whenever I have a moment.
It’s the same with journaling and if you have never written in a journal, it’s time to begin. Or if you used to keep a journal, but haven’t written in a long time, you know how helpful it can be. Just take a few moments whenever you can and write down your thoughts. Like anything else it can become a habit, or an obsession!!!
