Do it or Delegate it
Delegation is an acquired skill. Nike might urge us to just DO IT.
But that may not always be the best use of your time.
Today, take a few moments to write down everything that is on your to-do list.
Review your list and highlight the items that only you can do. I know what you’re thinking, sometimes it’s easier to just do it yourself than to explain it to someone else. This may be true, but, particularly, if it is a repetitive task, it will save your valuable time in the long run.
If you are procrastinating something, it may be the best thing to delegate. It may be something that someone else will enjoy and be happy to put at the top of their list, rather than having it continually fall off the bottom of yours.
Is there something that’s been on your list for awhile, but you just haven’t done it. Maybe you just don’t like to do it. Find someone who does.

Even if you aren’t a business owner, why do things that you don’t like doing, when there are others who can do them better and with more passion.
