De-Stress – Journaling Jem™ for the Day from Journaling Jems™ for the Business Professional –  Being in business can be a lot of pressure.  What can you do today for yourself?  If not today, then this week?  Make a list.  Maybe just take a deep breath, go for a walk or call a friend.

I’m meeting a friend for lunch today. Tomorrow, after a speaking engagement, I’m going to another friend’s house for dinner and a movie.
