List of Questions????? – Journaling Jem™ for the Day from Journaling Jems™ for the Business Professional – Write a list of questions. What ever comes to mind. This exercise triggers your unconscious mind to search for answers. Don’t stop to consider the answers, but you may be surprised how many pop into your head, as you write the questions, or over the next few days or weeks.

This actually came up in the mini workshop at Jigsaw Java last night. Questions can be very compelling. Be careful with Why questions. Don’t let yourself go to WHY ME????

Use all the others liberally, How? When? What? What if? Who?

How? – Journaling Jem™ for the Day from Journaling Jems™ for the Business Professional – How is a great question to ask to stimulate your unconscious to bring you the answers you need. Think about any business problem or issue. Write a list of as many How? questions as you can think of that relate to it.

Some examples…. How can I generate more revenue today? How can I give better customer service? How do I increase traffic to my website?

You can also use this same technique for personal problems or issues.
For example….. How can I eat more healthily? How can I find time to exercise? How can I spend quality time with my friends and family?
